I travelled from Bristol to Weston Super-Mare (25 miles away) but well worth it. They fixed the air-bag issue (damaged connector cable) on my 2012 C-class estate. The price was great around £100. (Mercedes main dealer were going to charge £300). They also did a better job of putting the dash panels back properly which Mercedes dealer did very poorly. Thank you all the Guys at Milton Autos. I have used this garage since May 2016, after it was recommended to me, and I have never looked back.The... read moreI have used this garage since May 2016, after it was recommended to me, and I have never looked back.The garage is extremely well fitted out and has 6 ramps and is very clean.Jill, the receptionist will always welcome you with a warm and cheerful smile and is extremely professional in what she does.Both Mike and Neil are the best mechanics I have ever met, they and their team are very very knowledgably, not only on Mercedes Benz vehicles, which is their specialty, but also on all other makes of vehicles, so much so that I have stopped using the main agent for my wife's mini and use this garage now for both my and my wife's cars.The garage uses all genuine parts and oils and their charges are very competitive.I have had to come to the garage on a few occasions for various things over the past years and the problems I have come in with have always been diagnosed promptly and fixed likewise.As a result of the excellent service I have had at this garage there are a number of persons I have recommended the garage to, 2 of these being my eldest son and my best friend, whom I'm sure would concur with what I have said. read less

The lady on reception immediately tried to save me money, bless her for her efficiency. The repairs became urgent and absolutely necessary and had been missed by other garages, I was dumbfounded at this and inspected the car prior to the commencing of the repairs but was very pleased particularly with the gracious and respectful way that I was treated and felt valued as a customer. The timescale to complete was excellent and sooner than expected. Would I go their again? Hell-yeah! read less
